Workplace Safety Insurance Benefits (WSIB) Top Up Benefits. 27.01 Where a teacher is receiving WSIB benefits, that teacher is entitled to receive WSIB top-up to 100% of their salary for a maximum of four (4) years and six (6) months without deduction from sick leave.
