WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE BOARD. All employees shall be covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Act or shall be covered by a program that provides benefits that are as good or better. No employee shall have his employment terminated in violation of the above mentioned act and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
