Workplace Consultative Committee. The Commission will establish a Workplace Consultative Committee to discuss relevant workplace matters. The Workplace Consultative Committee will consist of: a chairperson and management representatives appointed by the Commissioner; employee representatives; and
Workplace Consultative Committee. 63.1 AgriFutures is committed to communicating and consulting directly with employees, and where they choose, their representatives about workplace matters affecting them.
Workplace Consultative Committee. 10.1 IBA will continue to consult regularly with its employees through the use of the Workplace Consultative Committee.
Workplace Consultative Committee. A consultative committee will be maintained for the life of this Agreement, which will be of equal representation of employer and employee(s). Employee representatives will be elected from and represent the following areas:
Workplace Consultative Committee. The parties covered by this Agreement shall establish a consultative mechanism with equal representation of employer and employee(s) together with the union, with procedures appropriate to its size, structure and needs, for consultation on matters affecting the efficiency and productivity of the enterprise and to ensure better communication between management and its employees. The Committee has no power to vary any matter in this Agreement. This Committee shall be a forum for open discussion and shall meet on a regular basis with additional meetings on an as required basis. The Rules and Constitution of the Committee, once developed and agreed upon, are to become an appendix to this Agreement.
Workplace Consultative Committee. The parties agree that to achieve the objectives set out in Clause 5, Commitment, it is critical that an atmosphere of mutual trust and cooperation be maintained. Whilst the parties intend that there shall be an ongoing high level of informal cooperation in the interests of achieving the objectives of this enterprise agreement, the parties agree that the following formal consultative mechanisms should be established to achieve the specific objectives enunciated in this agreement. They are:-
Workplace Consultative Committee. A Consultative Committee will continue which is formed of representatives of the workforce, who are elected by the workforce, and Company representatives to administer the Productivity Agreement, monitor the Key Performance Indicators and Measurement Criteria and establish payment methods in respect of costs saved.
Workplace Consultative Committee. An Workplace Consultative Committee (WCC) is established at the site.
Workplace Consultative Committee. 20.15 The department will maintain a Workplace Consultative Committee, chaired by a program manager, and comprising one other senior manager if nominated by the Program Manager Group, employee representatives nominated or elected by employees and a representative from each union covered by this Agreement.
Workplace Consultative Committee. 42.1 The purpose of the Workplace Consultative Committee (WCC) is to provide a formal communication and consultation channel between the Employer and the Employees.
