PURPOSE: The parties to this agreement recognise that major changes to the workplace can be stressful to employees and that it is reasonable and appropriate to discuss proposed changes with employees involved or impacted by proposed changes. The parties to this agreement acknowledge that where an employee is terminated due to redundancy the employee will be entitled to a redundancy payment INTENT: The parties to this agreement will always endeavour to consult in good faith and give due consideration to comments, suggestions and requests made in regards to workplace change and redundancy.
