Workplace Change. From time to time there shall be changes to working procedures and practices within the Employer’s business to increase business efficiency. The parties agree to work together to introduce these changes and cooperate with the introduction of initiatives to develop a more productive workplace and make the Employer more competitive.

Workplace Change. When a decision has been made to introduce major changes in program, service, organisation, structure or technology, which are likely to have significant effect on employees, Australian Red Cross will notify the employees affected by the proposed changes at the earliest possible convenience. Australian Red Cross (WA Division) will discuss with employees the likely effect of the changes and the measures to avoid or mitigate any possible adverse effects on the employees. Australian Red Cross (WA Division) will give prompt consideration to all matters raised by the employees. An employee may appoint another person to act on her/his behalf in any discussions relating to workplace change.
