Workload Assignment. 12.1 All academic staff members are expected to undertake activities appropriate to the responsibilities of their rank or position as outlined in the Procedures Pertaining to Appointment, Promotion, and Tenure of Academic Staff approved by General Faculties Council and the terms of their appointment. Any specific duties required of an academic staff member shall be assigned in accordance with this Article 12.
Workload Assignment a) The Xxxx shall allocate the proportion of the Teaching Faculty Member’s workload that is assigned to Teaching, Service, and Other in an Annual Workload Plan in accordance with Article 16.01 d).
Workload Assignment. 15.5.4.1 Preliminary assignment of a member’s annual workload for the upcoming year shall be determined through a discussion between the Chair(s) of the unit and the faculty member informed by the workload document for the unit. This process shall be completed by the end of April.
Workload Assignment. (a) Each full-time teacher shall be assigned 1125 minutes of instruction time for every 5 instructional days on average over the school year. A full-time teacher will be assigned a maximum of six (6) credit courses or equivalent (i.e. Guidance, Library and Special Education Programs).
Workload Assignment a) The workload of a Teaching Faculty Member shall be 80% Teaching and 20% Service/Other. Deviations from this weighting of up to 15% are permitted to reflect a Teaching Faculty Member’s specific activities and priorities, as determined by the Xxxx in discussion with the Teaching Faculty Member.
Workload Assignment. 30.5.1 Development of the Department’s workload assignment (i.e. Nursing Practice, Classroom Teaching, and Program Support) shall be the responsibility of the School Xxxx in collaboration with the Department Chair and the Members of the Department. The process shall be as follows:

Except for bargaining unit member librarians, the college Xxxx shall assign workload according to the Xxxxxxx’x Workload Guidelines and forward such assignments to the Xxxxxxx for final approval. Departmental needs shall be the basis for assignments. If unforeseen events occur or departmental needs change during the year, a bargaining unit member’s assignment may be modified by the college Xxxx and forwarded to the Xxxxxxx for final approval. The Workload Guidelines may be updated during the Spring Term to be effective the following Fall Term. Changes to the guidelines may be recommended by bargaining unit members to their Department Chair, College Xxxx, or other academic officers. The Xxxxxxx retains the final authority to approve the guidelines. The Xxxxxxx will notify the Association of any changes by May 1st.

Workload Assignment. Workload assignment for Full-Time Limited-Term faculty members shall be in accordance with 15.0 (Workload Assignment).
Workload Assignment. 11.02.4 The Principal of each school will forward to the Local ETFO Office as soon as possible, or by September 15, at the latest, a copy of each teacher’s workload assignment (timetable and supervision duties). Should a teacher’s workload assignment be increased during the school year, the Principal will forward a printed copy of the new workload assignment to the Local ETFO office within fifteen (15) days of the implementation of the changes.
