Working With Other Crafts. The Employer and Union agree that when the Laborers are working on the same payroll as another craft that are receiving a higher percentage scale, then those Laborers will also receive the higher percentage scale. This Memorandum will in no way affect the provisions of Article 22 of the Master Labor Agreement. It is expressly agreed by the parties hereto that this Memorandum is not intended to circumvent the wage rates set forth in the Master Labor Agreement through artificial staging or phasing of projects for the sole purpose of applying the limits stated herein.
