Working Supervisors. Supervisors who are directly supervising the work of Employees of this Bargaining Unit shall not perform work which would directly result in an Employee of the Bargaining Unit not being able to perform his/her scheduled duties and thereby losing income.
Working Supervisors. 15.1 The parties recognise that the normal role for a Supervisor under this agreement does not include the continuous performance of "hands‐on" work. Accordingly the parties accept that a supervisor will not (as part of normal duties) perform physical "hands‐on" work of an employee not covered by this agreement.

Working Supervisors. 1. As is presently the case, supervisors employed as of September 1, 1993, may perform bargaining unit tasks in the course of their employment and such shall not be construed as taking work from the bargaining unit. Supervisors employed after 09/01/93 shall comply with number 2. below with regard to all bargaining unit work.
Working Supervisors. Section 33.1. Non-union department supervisors will be allowed to perform bargaining unit work which will not cause layoffs or reductions in the bargaining unit. It is recognized that the primary responsibilities of the supervisors are to oversee all projects and jobs in the department. However, it is important that they be considered working supervisors to perform, on an as needed basis, work that is required to supplement or assist Bargaining Unit personnel in the completion of job tasks. It is understood that the performance of Bargaining Unit work by supervisors shall generally be for the purpose of supplementing or assisting Bargaining Unit personnel. Some illustrative examples of a supervisor supplementing or assisting Bargaining Unit personnel are:
Working Supervisors. Working supervisors shall not be covered by the collective bargaining agreement. Supervisors may perform bargaining unit work, but such work is subject to low census in accordance with Section 6.12(d).
Working Supervisors. The State Farm Center/Krannert Center for the Performing Arts agrees that supervisors or acting supervisors do not count toward the Yellow Card totals even though they will be performing the same duties as those performed by the Stagehands.

Working Supervisors. 12.1 Official, managerial or supervisory employees shall not be allowed to perform the work of bargaining unit members when the latter are available. This is not intended to restrict the use of working supervisor in accordance with established practice at small points.
Working Supervisors. The parties shall identify the number of working supervisors in each facility, as of December 31, 2000. The Employer agrees that it will not increase the number of working supervisors or the number of bargaining unit shifts the current working supervisors are regularly performing during the life of this Agreement. The position of Health Care Aide Coordinator shall be deemed to be included in this Letter of Understanding provided it is filled by six (6) months after ratification. It shall not include duties such as discipline, hiring and firing of bargaining unit members.
