WORKING HOURS AND SCHEDULES. Section 1. The normal work week for employees shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, inclusive; provided, however, that a regular Tuesday through Saturday work week may be established by the Employer in the manner prescribed in Article IX hereof for not more than three (3) employees in the bargaining unit.
