Working Conditions and Hours. OF WORK (SEVEN DAY) Employees assigned to work on a seven (7) day schedule will be governed by the following terms and conditions, in addition to the Letter of Understanding. The operation is divided in four (4) teams (shifts) A, C Two rotating continuous twelve (12) hour shifts with complete rotation being four (4) weeks. Time worked on an employees scheduled off which falls on a Monday through Saturday will be paid at the rate of time and one half for the first four (4) hours and double time thereafter for the day so worked; all overtime worked on a Sunday, however, will be paid at double time. Premium pay per hour Saturday per hour Sunday Plant holidays and Bereavement will be paid at the rate of hours for each qualifying day. Lunch and Rest Periods The Company will provide a total of sixty (60) paid minutes for lunch and rest periods. Working Conditions and Hours. (a) HP shall provide adequate working facilities and a reasonable amount of stationary, secretarial and administrative services, computing, communication and photocopying facilities as may be reasonably required by the Contractor's Staff at no cost to the Contractor.

  • Working Conditions 10.01 The Union will co-operate with the Employer in maintaining good working conditions.

  • Existing Conditions Tenant accepts the Property in its condition as of the execution of the Lease, subject to all recorded matters, laws, ordinances, and governmental regulations and orders.
