CLOSING PROVISIONS (a) Subscriber agrees to be identified as a customer of JetBrains and agrees that JetBrains may refer to Subscriber by name, trade name and trademark, if applicable, and may briefly describe Subscriber’s business in JetBrains marketing materials, on JetBrains Site, and in public or legal documents. Subscriber hereby grants JetBrains a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Subscriber’s name and any of Subscriber’s trade names and trademarks solely pursuant to this marketing section.
Transitional Provisions 24.1. As from the official date of entry into force of the 01 series of amendments to this Regulation, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant or refuse to accept type approval under this Regulation as amended by the 01 series of amendments.
Transition Provisions Any person engaged as an apprentice at the date this Agreement commenced operation shall be deemed to be an apprentice for all purposes of this Agreement until the completion or cancellation of their apprenticeship contract.
GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.
Overtime Provisions (a) Time worked as an extension to the regular scheduled shift or time worked in a bi-weekly pay period that is in excess of seventy-five (75) hours shall be compensated at a rate of one and one-half times (1½ x) the Nurse’s regular hourly rate for the overtime worked. A Nurse who works in excess of four (4) hours overtime in any one day shall be compensated at a rate of two times (2 x) the Nurse’s regular hourly rate for the overtime worked.
Transitional provision Schedule 3.2 contains a schedule of certain letters of credit issued for the account of the Borrower prior to the Closing Date. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions contained in Sections 5.1 and 5.2, from and after the Closing Date such letters of credit shall be deemed to be Letters of Credit issued pursuant to this Article III.
Scheduling Provisions The scheduling and premium provisions relating to consecutive weekends off in Article 16 do not apply to employees who accept positions under this provision.
Performance Provisions A. Monitoring
Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:
Hours of Work and Scheduling Provisions (b) In the event an Employee is scheduled to work on the evening or night Shift(s) on the day(s) or the night Shift commencing on the day(s) on which the Employee is called as a juror or witness in matters arising out of the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee shall be granted a leave of absence for those scheduled Shift(s).
