Workforce Training. Business Associate warrants that all employees who use, access or disclose PHI and/or ePHI shall be properly trained to comply with Privacy Rule, Security Rule, HITECH, or other such applicable law.
Workforce Training. During implementation of Project activities, the Corps, or archaeologists meeting the professional qualifications as described in Stipulation II, will provide training to all construction personnel, before they begin work, regarding proper procedures and conduct in the event that archaeological materials are encountered during construction.
Workforce Training. (a) For all training, each employee shall provide to Xxxxxxxxxx details of their attendance at training and Xxxxxxxxxx shall maintain a record of this attendance.
Workforce Training. All CORHIO Workforce Members will be trained on the Breach Investigation and Notification to Participant Organization procedures. Workforce Members will also be provided training regarding how to identify potential breaches as a component of XXXXXX’s ongoing risk assessment program.

Provider shall ensure that all staff receive training as required in the Contract such as, but not limited to, Cultural Responsiveness, Implicit Bias, CLAS Standards, Trauma Informed Care, and uses of data to advance health equity to name a few. Provider and provider staff may access some of the trainings through the IHN CCO Training Program. For all other training, Provider shall have mechanisms in place that enable reporting to IHN CCO, at IHN CCO’s reasonable request, details of training activities, annual training plans, training subjects, content outlines, objectives, target audiences, delivery system, evaluations, training hours, training attendance, and trainer qualifications. At a minimum, Provider shall provide IHN CCO with an Annual Training and Education Report so that IHN CCO may compile such information into IHN CCO’s report to the OHA.
Workforce Training. It is agreed that training is mutually beneficial to both the Company and the employee. Training Needs Analysis are conducted to identify employees, work areas and/or processes that would benefit from training and development, this may include where mutually beneficial, workshop elected consultative committee members being trained in areas such as industrial relations, effective communication, conflict resolution, public speaking etc. On large projects start up meetings may be conducted with shop floor personnel to train employees on specific job requirements encouraging a consultative approach. This process may continue throughout the project to relay additional information and training. The parties will participate in training programs and sessions that are aimed at improving the technical competence of personnel. This training may include the development of job skills or competencies; product training that is designed to increase the efficiency of our manufacturing processes including our ability to meet customer requirements and general development programs aimed at increasing the organisational skills of all personnel. A lot of these skills are already covered by the National Metals and Engineering Competency Standards but there will be Bradken specific training that may not be covered by these standards. Where possible, all training will be included within the competency standards. The parties agree to encourage all employees to be involved in training initiatives that will allow people to progress within the company and to develop both technical and organisational skills that benefit the company. All in-house training is to be done at normal time rates with no overtime penalty rates (refer clause 5.2). Employees will be remunerated for additional skills provided that they are required to exercise those skills in their job and the additional skills move them to the next classification. Where ever possible training will be organised to occur during normal hours. An employee’s normal pay will be maintained when the employee is attending off-site activities such as company organised training activities or licensing. (This includes normal shift allowance). Employees attending approved external courses (e.g. TAFE) outside normal work hours will be reimbursed book cost and course fees on successful completion of the program. Workforce Training. SDREP will work closely with SDG&E’s Workforce Education and Training Program at the Energy Innovation Center, and to the extent possible, with local community colleges, economic development corporations, and community organizations to develop hands-on home performance training opportunities for unemployed and underemployed workers and Non-EUC contractors to expand regional workforce training opportunities and to link to municipal affordable housing programs.
