Workforce Training. During implementation of Project activities, the Corps, or archaeologists meeting the professional qualifications as described in Stipulation II, will provide training to all construction personnel, before they begin work, regarding proper procedures and conduct in the event that archaeological materials are encountered during construction.

At a minimum, Provider shall provide IHN CCO with an Annual Training and Education Report so that IHN CCO may compile such information into IHN CCO’s report to the OHA.
Workforce Training. It is agreed that training is mutually beneficial to both the Company and the employee. Training Needs Analysis are conducted to identify employees, work areas and/or processes that would benefit from training and development, this may include where mutually beneficial, workshop elected consultative committee members being trained in areas such as industrial relations, effective communication, conflict resolution, public speaking etc. On large projects start up meetings may be conducted with shop floor personnel to train employees on specific job requirements encouraging a consultative approach. This process may continue throughout the project to relay additional information and training. The parties will participate in training programs and sessions that are aimed at improving the technical competence of personnel. This training may include the development of job skills or competencies; product training that is designed to increase the efficiency of our manufacturing processes including our ability to meet customer requirements and general development programs aimed at increasing the organisational skills of all personnel. A lot of these skills are already covered by the National Metals and Engineering Competency Standards but there will be Bradken specific training that may not be covered by these standards. Where possible, all training will be included within the competency standards. The parties agree to encourage all employees to be involved in training initiatives that will allow people to progress within the company and to develop both technical and organisational skills that benefit the company. All in-house training is to be done at normal time rates with no overtime penalty rates (refer clause 5.2). Employees will be remunerated for additional skills provided that they are required to exercise those skills in their job and the additional skills move them to the next classification. Where ever possible training will be organised to occur during normal hours. An employee’s normal pay will be maintained when the employee is attending off-site activities such as company organised training activities or licensing. (This includes normal shift allowance). Employees attending approved external courses (e.g. TAFE) outside normal work hours will be reimbursed book cost and course fees on successful completion of the program. The Recipient shall: • Prepare and provide a detailed M&V Plan that includes: • A description of the monitoring equipment and instrumentation which will be used for vehicles and equipment. • A description of the key input parameters and output metrics which will be measured, including: o Time step of data (e.g. one minute, ten minute, hourly); charge session duration and location; energy delivered to vehicle (kWh) and power level (kW); cost of electricity during charging session ($/kWh); PEV battery degradation over time; and energy delivered to facility circuits, the grid, or other end loads (kWh) and power level (kW). • A description of the M&V protocol and analysis methods to be employed. • A description of the equipment to be used for data collection • A description of the independent, third-party M&V services to be employed, if applicable. • Operate the integrated DER system for at least 12 months and collect data, consistent with the M&V Plan. • Prepare and provide an M&V Findings Report for that includes M&V protocol, measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results. • Provide all key assumptions used to estimate and determine energy and GHG reductions (and additions, if applicable). • Provide all key assumptions used to estimate projected benefits, including targeted market sector (e.g., population and geographic location), projec...
