Common use of Worked Holidays Clause in Contracts

Worked Holidays. 31 Employees who are required to work on the above-named holidays shall receive the pay due them for 32 the holiday, plus double their base rate for all hours worked on such holiday, plus shift differential if 33 applicable, unless the employee starts to work at 10:00 P.M., or thereafter on that day.

Worked Holidays. 31 33 Employees who are required to work on the above-named holidays shall receive the 34 pay due them for 32 the holiday, plus double their base rate for all hours worked on 35 such holiday, plus shift differential if 33 applicable, unless the employee starts to work 36 at 10:00 P.M., or thereafter on that day.
