Common use of Worked Holidays Clause in Contracts

Worked Holidays. If an employee is required to work on any holiday, then such employee shall be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) times his regular rate of pay in addition to holiday pay in Section 14.0, excluding the one birthday.

If In the event an employee is required to work covered by this Agreement works on any a holiday, then such employee he/she shall be paid one at the rate of time and one-half (1-1 1/2) times his his/her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday, in addition to holiday pay in Section 14.0, excluding the one birthdaypay.
