Common use of Worked Holidays Clause in Contracts

Worked Holidays. 43 Employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall receive the pay due 44 them for the holiday, plus twice their basic rate for all hours worked on such holidays. If a 45 holiday which falls on a Saturday or Sunday is observed by the District on a weekday, employees 46 required to work on such weekdays shall receive twice their basic rate for all hours worked, plus 47 the pay due them for the holiday.

Worked Holidays. 43 30 Employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall receive the pay due 44 them 31 for the holiday, plus twice their basic base rate for all hours worked on such holidays. Worked Holidays. 43 Employees 18 Eligible full-time employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall 19 receive the pay due 44 them for the holiday, plus twice their basic rate for all hours worked on such holidays. If a 45 holiday which falls on a Saturday or Sunday is observed by the District on a weekday, employees 46 required to work on such weekdays shall receive twice their basic rate for all hours worked, plus 47 the pay due them for the holiday, plus time and one-half their base rate for all hours 20 worked on such holidays, subject to advance approval by the supervisor or building principal.
