Common use of Worked Holidays Clause in Contracts

Worked Holidays. 30 Employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall receive the pay due them 31 for the holiday, plus their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays.

Worked Holidays. 30 43 Employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall receive the pay due 44 them 31 for the holiday, plus twice their base basic rate for all hours worked on such holidays. If a 45 holiday which falls on a Saturday or Sunday is observed by the District on a weekday, employees 46 required to work on such weekdays shall receive twice their basic rate for all hours worked, plus 47 the pay due them for the holiday.

Worked Holidays. 30 41 Employees who are required to work on the above described aforementioned holidays shall will receive the pay due them 31 42 for the holiday, plus one and one-half (1½) times their base rate for all hours worked on such 43 holidays., unless the employee begins work at 10:00 p.m. or thereafter on that date. Employees 44 required to work on any of the above holidays will be paid for not less than two (2) hours. 45
