Worked Holidays. Employees who are required to work on the above-named holidays shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus double their base rate for all hours worked on such holiday, plus shift differential if applicable, unless the employee starts to work at 10:00 P.M., or thereafter on that day.
Worked Holidays. 43 Employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall receive the pay due 44 them for the holiday, plus twice their basic rate for all hours worked on such holidays. If a 45 holiday which falls on a Saturday or Sunday is observed by the District on a weekday, employees 46 required to work on such weekdays shall receive twice their basic rate for all hours worked, plus 47 the pay due them for the holiday.
Worked Holidays. 27 Employees who are required to work on the above-named holidays shall receive the pay due them for 28 the holiday, plus double their base rate for all hours worked on such holiday, plus shift differential if 29 applicable, unless the employee starts to work at 10:00 P.M., or thereafter on that day. 30
Worked Holidays. If an employee is required to work on any holiday, then such employee shall be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) times his regular rate of pay in addition to holiday pay in Section 14.0, excluding the one birthday.

Worked Holidays. Section 13.3 In the event an employee covered by this Agreement is required to work on any holiday, they shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½ ) their straight time rate of pay, exclusive of all premiums, in addition to their holiday pay if applicable. No employee shall be deemed to have been “required to work” on a holiday within the meaning of this Section if they are absent from work for any reason, including illness, on such holiday. Worked Holidays. Employees who are required to work on the aforementioned holidays will receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus one and one-half (1-1/2) times their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays, unless the employee begins work at 10:00 p.m. or thereafter on that date. Employees required to work on any of the above holidays will be paid for not less than two (2) hours.
Worked Holidays. Shift employees may be permitted to take holidays off which fall on their scheduled work days. Employees scheduled to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for time worked during regular working hours in addition to holiday pay. Employees who are called out to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of double time for time worked in addition to holiday pay. Time worked in excess of the regular work day will be paid at the appropriate overtime premium. Except for shift employees, holidays listed below shall not be considered scheduled work days.
Worked Holidays. Employees who are required to work on the above-named 13 holidays shall either receive the pay due them for the holiday plus time and a half (1.5) their 14 working rate for all hours worked on such holiday, or the employee has the option of taking off 15 another day as the holiday. If an employee elects the option to take a day other than the 16 designated holiday off, it should occur within the week before or the week after the official 17 designated holiday.
