Worked Holidays. In the event an employee covered by this Agreement is required to work on any holiday, they shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½ ) their straight time rate of pay, exclusive of all premiums, in addition to their holiday pay if applicable. No employee shall be deemed to have been “required to work” on a holiday within the meaning of this Section if they are absent from work for any reason, including illness, on such holiday. Worked Holidays. Employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus twice their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays.

Worked Holidays. 3(a) Non-exempt employees who are required to work on their designated holidays shall receive 12 the pay due them for the holiday, plus double their Base Rate for all hours worked on such holiday 13 plus shift premiums where applicable. 14

Worked Holidays. Employees who are required to work on the holidays described in Article VIII, Section 8.1, shall receive their regular pay plus two times their rate of pay for all hours worked on such holidays, unless the employee starts to work at 10:00 p.m. or thereafter on that date, in which case only the base rate will be paid.

Worked Holidays. Shift employees may be permitted to take holidays off which fall on their scheduled workdays. Employees scheduled to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for time worked during regular working hours in addition to holiday pay. Employees who are called out to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of double time for time worked in addition to holiday pay. Time worked in excess of the regular workday will be paid at the appropriate overtime premium. Except for shift employees, holidays shall not be considered scheduled workdays.

Worked Holidays. Engineers shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus their Base Rate plus $6.50 per hour for all hours worked on such holiday plus shift premiums where applicable.
