Common use of Workdays Clause in Contracts

Workdays. Workdays shall be 173 student days, nine (9) paid holidays and six (6) additional days to be used for in-service, paperwork, route related items such as running/evaluating route for a total of 188 days per year. If the number of student days changes, the contract days may also be changed.
