Common use of Workday and Workweek Clause in Contracts

Workday and Workweek. (a) The standard day shift shall be seven and one-half (7½) hours per day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; five (5) days per week. The standard workweek for regular full-time employees shall consist of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week.
