Work Site. Work site shall be defined as a college campus or any other place designated by management where instruction and/or services are performed.
Work Site. The Board and the Association recognize that schools provide many 24 learning activities other than in individual classrooms. Such activities as state or district 25 testing programs, field days, field trips, theme days, or other similar activities are included 26 within this provision. When participation in such activities is found to be necessary and 27 will have the effect of temporarily changing a teacher’s schedule, if volunteers are not 28 available, assignments shall be on a rotating basis in a manner to ensure an equitable 29 distribution of additional responsibilities.
Work Site. For the purpose of this Article each of the following shall be considered a separate work site:
Work Site. Contractor shall inspect the work site and notify the City in writing of any deficiencies or needs prior to commencing work.
Work Site. Representative - The District agrees to recognize a Work Site Representative designated by the Association at each work site. Such representatives shall be chosen from among the regular employees at such work site.

Work Site. 42. Miscellaneous Provisions Applicable to Specific Contracting Situations.
Work Site. The location to which a bargaining unit employee is assigned to regularly perform their job duties.
Work Site. The representative of the Union shall be allowed access to any shop or job at any reasonable time where workers are employed under the terms of this Agreement. Picket Lines Subsection (a) It shall not be a violation of this Agreement and it shall not be cause for discharge or any other disciplinary action by the Employer against any employee for an employee to refuse to cross a lawfully established picket line, whether at the premises of another Employer or the employee’s own Employer.
Work Site i) Contractor shall perform all Work without interference to Buyer's employees or operations in areas around the Work Site or Buyer's Property.
