Work Shoes. The Town shall reimburse a regular full-time employee up to a maximum of one hundred dollars per year for work shoes/boots. The employee will choose the shoe/boot. All required corresponding receipts must be submitted to the Budget Director prior to reimbursement.
Work Shoes. As a means of promoting the safety of its workers, the University will provide bargaining unit employees with a pair of work shoes to be worn whenever they are performing work for the University. The University, within its sole discretion, will select the work shoes to be worn and determine the circumstances and frequency with which those shoes may be replaced. At the request of the University, employees shall attend a shoe fitting. The University will seek to accommodate any special footwear needs that are attributable to a known and documented health or medical condition of an employee. A bargaining unit employee may request to be exempted from this provision by submitting a written request to management on a form provided by Dining Services and by providing supporting documentation that shows to the satisfaction of the University that the footwear selected by and purchased independently by the employee meets all safety and appearance standards imposed or established by the University.
Work Shoes. 1. Each covered employee shall be entitled to replacement of his/her work shoes whenever they become unserviceable. This determination shall be made by the Department Director or his/her designee.

Proof of purchase is required. Once purchased, such appropriate footwear must be worn while working.

Submission of receipts will be required prior to The Town reserves the right to prohibit employees from wearing "sneakers" or other non-OSHA approved footwear to work. An employee who reports to work wearing such footwear may be ordered to leave and return wearing proper shoes or boots. Work Shoes. The District will pay to each bargaining unit member the cost, up to a maximum of $ 150 annually, for the purchase of work shoes, upon provision of a receipt for purchase of the same to the District. Upon provision to the District of a note from a physician that a bargaining unit member cannot wear work shoes, the District will pay the cost up to a maximum of $150 annually to an employee, upon provision of a receipt, for purchase of equivalent footwear for work.

Work Shoes. All AFSCME Local #2422 employees whose duties require the use of heavy-duty footwear for outdoor work that is more rigorous than a normal office environment shall be reimbursed in an amount up to $100.00 (one hundred dollars) per fiscal year for the purchase of such footwear. It is mutually understood and agreed that the City shall have the sole right to determine the need for, and the type of, work shoes to be worn.
Work Shoes. Custodians shall be reimbursed by vendor check for the money spent on work shoes in the amount of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) each year of this contract. Custodians must complete a purchase order prior to purchasing and turn in the receipt when the purchase has been completed.
