Common use of Work Schedule Changes Clause in Contracts

Work Schedule Changes. It is agreed that the determination of the starting time of daily and weekly work schedules shall be made by the Employer and such schedules may be changed by the Employer from time to time to suit varying conditions of business. In the event of a change in existing hours or shifts, the Employer agrees to give at least fourteen (14) days' notice of any change and during that 14-day period, agrees to discuss any changes with the employee(s) or Union.
