Work Records. It is understood and agreed that job accounting, job costs keeping and the scheduling and purchasing of materials to be made a part of the Work or incidental thereto will be carried on in accordance with the Owner's instructions. The Owner may have a field auditor representing it in the work office on the work Site for the purpose of facilitating the foregoing and the Contractor will give him such assistance and cooperation as the Owner shall require. All payrolls entering directly into the cost of the Work shall be carried in the name of the Contractor. This Section shall not be applicable to lump-sum or unit price portions of the Work.
Work Records. On request of the City, the Consultant shall provide the City with a copy of the records required to be maintained by the Consultant, sub-consultants or sub- contractors under the Living Wage Schedule.

Work Records. All documents developed under this AGREEMENT are and shall become the property of the DISTRICT. It is understood that and agreed that the DISTRICT’S right to documents produced by the CONSULTANT pursuant to this AGREEMENT shall not include an ownership interest, license or possession of any computer models, or databases. The CONSULTANT shall be entitled to retain copies of all such documents and materials for a period of up to five (5) years following termination or expiration of this AGREEMENT. However, the data files shall remain the property of the DISTRICT.
Work Records. 9.1 QFI will keep records of all work done under the contractual terms in accordance with QFI’s standard approved procedures.
Work Records. Pursuant to Section 1812 of the California Labor Code, and in addition to certified payroll records, the Contractor shall maintain an accurate written record of all employees working on the Project each calendar day. The Agency will provide the work record form to the Contractor. The work record shall include each employee's name, Social Security number, job classification and the actual number of hours worked. The work record shall be completed by the Contractor’s representative in the field daily. The Contractor shall submit a signed copy of this record to the Engineer no later than Monday for the preceding week’s work.
Work Records. 5.1 Techs4Education shall procure that the Consultant Technician records the work it carries out for the School. The Consultant Technician shall record the work records online where the School’s representative can gain access to confirm that they accurately reflect the work undertaken by the Consultant Technician.
