Work Program. 4.1 The Partnership will commence its work program not later than thirty (30) days after the beginning of the Exploration Period.
Work Program. Exhibit A describes the work or activities in which the Parties agree to engage (the “Program”). The Parties agree to work in good faith to carry out the Program until such time as it is completed or this MOU is earlier terminated, as provided in Section 5.

Work Program. Task 1: Project Management and Meetings The ESA team will consult, communicate, and meet with County Staff frequently and regularly during the environmental review process. The primary point of contact will be ESA’s Project Manager, Xxx Xxxxxxx. He will be assisted by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, ESA’s Deputy Project Manager. While Xxxxxxxx is on maternity leave, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, a Senior Associate in our Oakland office, will take over the Deputy’s duties until Xxxxxxxx’s return. Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx is our Project Director, and will be available to assist Xxx and the County with senior review, mustering staff resources, and resolving difficult issues. Xxxx Xxxxx, our President, will be available to Xxx and the County as a Senior Technical Advisor, and in his role as QA/QC officer, Xxxx will review documents internally prior to submittal. Xxx and Xxxxxxxx will be responsible for: team coordination; maintaining the Project schedule; preparation of monthly status reports; preparation of data requests; dissemination of information to the Project team;

Work Program. 4.1 A copy of the Project Management Plan shall be posted on the SEAM website for informational purposes. SEAM shall maintain and update the Project Management Plan as the SEAM Project work progresses in order to reflect the current scope and execution of the work program as agreed by a Majority of the Participants. During performance of the work, the Parties (through the respective Technical Committees) may provide input to the work, comment and assist in direction of the contracted work activities (within the limits of agreed CTR budget and work scope). Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a Technical Committee is unable to reach agreement or there are other causes for delay or difficulties, SEAM reserves the right to direct all remaining work for that project to achieve a final conclusion in order to provide related SEAM Project Deliverables.
