Work Plan. The Contractor shall submit two (2) work plans (18 workdays and 24 workdays) including schedule and route prior to beginning any work under the contract. The work plans shall contain specific details on work to be performed including a schedule per work week, route to be followed, and locations of work each day. Work Plan. 1. The National Focal Point shall, in consultation with the Donors, prepare a draft description of the proposed implementation and activities under the Fund for Bilateral Relations for the duration of the Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “Work Plan”). The Work Plan shall inter alia include a brief description of the implementation system for the Fund for Bilateral Relations, major activities to be organised under the Fund, and the programmes of bilateral interest.
Work Plan. 7.2.1 The Work Plan will initially be included in Appendix G. Contractor must produce and provide to the Department an update to the Work Plan as a Deliverable with input from the Department within 30 Days of the Effective Date. The Work Plan must provide detailed information, in a Microsoft Project (Version 2013 or later) document, including tasks, Deliverables, milestones, Schedule, tasks and task dependencies, identification of resource requirements, and the Payment Schedule. The Work Plan will be inclusive of the mutual expectations and work to be performed by the Department and Contractor in order to complete the Project successfully. In the event of failure of the parties to agree upon the update to the Work Plan and/or of the Department to give its Acceptance thereof within 45 Days of the Effective Date, the Department may invoke its right to immediately terminate this Contract, and, in the Department’s discretion, pursue negotiations with an alternative vendor.
Work Plan. The Project Work Plan shall identify on a task-by-task basis specific technical and/or administrative resources and tasks that will be required to respond fully and completely to the Owner's Request for Consultant Services. In developing the Project Work Plan the Consultant shall be responsible for reviewing the requirements for the Project with the Owner to assure a full and complete understanding, delineation, and effort toward achievement of the goals and objectives for the Project, as well as efforts to achieve Consultant’s DBE or SBE commitment contained in its Statement of Qualifications. The Work Plan proposed by the Consultant shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, an itemization of the tasks that will be accomplished by the Consultant through the various phases of each Project. The Work Plan shall be developed by the Consultant in a manner that will assure the orderly progression and successful completion of the requested service and the accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness of all work produced by the Consultant. It is understood that from time-to-time certain tasks required by the Owner may not be completely defined. In these instances, the Consultant shall provide a cost estimate based on the anticipated scope with a NOT-TO-EXCEED amount and all work related to that project shall be documented and billed on a time and materials basis until such time as a specific scope is established. The Owner may require that a new proposal may then be negotiated to fix the price.
Work Plan. Work Plans shall describe individual goals and the collaborative work that will be done to achieve those goals. Goals, responsibilities and timelines will be clearly stated for the service provider and the individual receiving services. An initial Work Plan for each individual will be developed and submitted to the County within 60 days of the date of the County Service Authorization. The Contractor agrees to send a representative to the annual Individual Service Plan (ISP) meeting as scheduled by the state DDD case manager for each client in service.

The work plan integrates and delineates more specifically how the recipient plans to carry out achieving the period of performance outcomes, strategies and activities, evaluation and performance measurement.
