Work Participation Requirements of Set-Aside Contractors. A contractor or subcontractor awarded a contract on a project pursuant to the provisions of CONN.GEN.STAT. 4a-60g shall be required to perform not less than fifteen (15) percent of the work with his/her own forces and shall require that not less than twenty five (25) per cent of any work that is subcontracted by them also be performed by subcontractors who are certified as small contractors or minority business enterprises pursuant to CONN.GEN.STAT.
