Work Package Leaders. 6.5.1 The Members of the Executive Board are also work package leaders, meaning they are the leading Party for any of the work packages described in the Action. Each work package leader is responsible for the follow up of the work in the respective work package in compliance with the objectives and general scope of work as agreed by the Parties.

Work Package Leaders. Work Package Leaders as representatives of leading Parties for particular Work Packages are responsible for timely and proper submission of deliverables in the required quality and form. The WP Leaders’ prime responsibility is to ensure that the production of the deliverables defined in the Description of Action (DoA), Grant Agreement and Project Plan are delivered in the appropriate quality and in time and cost acceptable to the Steering Committee. The WP Leaders report to and take direction from the Steering Committee in the areas of their responsibilities:  direct, motivate, plan and monitor the WP team work  advise the Coordinator of any deviations from the plan  ensure all Project issues are properly reported  manage risks within their Work Packages  be responsible for part of the Quality Control process in accordance with this Agreement  ensure quality controls of the working teams are performed and planned correctly Internal Quality Control, Monitoring and Reporting Quality Control shall consist of a two-stage approval process and includes internal reporting and deliverable control.
Work Package Leaders. The research and development activities of the Project are structured into topical work packages. Each work package will be led by a work package leader. The work package leaders shall be appointed as set out in Annex I of the EC-GA. In case of any changes in relation to such appointment, it shall be a matter for the General Assembly to approve of such change. Work Package Leaders. The Work Package Leader shall have the following functions: - Transmission of any documents and information connected with the Work Package to the Parties concerned; - Transmission of any documents and information connected with the Work Package to the Coordinator; - Coordinating on a day-to-day basis the progress of the technical work under the Work Package; - For the purpose of Article 7.1, production and reviewing of related deliverables at each agreed step under the Project Plan for the Work Package concerned and advising the Coordinator of any delay in delivery that could not be remedied or any major discrepancy (in particular time, cost and quality of deliverables the WorkPackageLeader is in charge of). - Transmission of the Project deliverables of the Parties within the Work Package to the - Coordinator; - - Following up decisions made by the Steering Committee insofar as they affect the Sub Project; - - The Work Package Leader shall neither be entitled to act nor to make legally binding - declarations on behalf of any other Party nor to enlarge its role beyond the one described herein.

Work Package Leaders. Each Work Package Leader shall manage its respective Work Package, in particular with regard to: the timely delivery of reports and Work Package Results to the Management Board and the Coordinator; reviewing the quality of the reports; formulating an implementation plan for the activities within the Work Package for the future period, which can imply proposing to the Management Board changes to the Consortium Plan and/or Annex 1 of the Grant Agreement ; making proposals to the Management Board for the accession of new entities to the Grant Agreement and to the Consortium Agreement in order for said new entities to participate in the Work Package; alerting the Management Board and the Coordinator in case of delay in the performance of the Work Package or in case of breach of responsibilities of any Participant under said Work Package; documenting, at the request of the Management Board, a presumed breach of responsibilities of a Participant under the Work Package and preparing a proposal for remedies to the Management Board; deciding upon any exchange of Tasks and related budgets between the Participants in a Work Package when such exchange has no impact beyond the scope of the Work Package and its budget.
