Work Order Execution. 1. Upon agreement of the proposed Work Order between PennDOT’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s authorized representative, both parties will sign the Work Order Authorization Form. PennDOT’s Project Manager will provide the signed Work Order and any supporting documentation to his/her Procurement section for processing. Execution by PennDOT shall consist of a fully executed Purchase Order referencing the approved Work Order and its supporting documentation.

  • Order Execution If and to the extent requested by the Adviser, each Sub-Adviser shall place orders for the purchase and sale of portfolio securities or other investments for the Trust. In so doing, each Sub-Adviser agrees that it shall comply with paragraph 3 below.

  • Work Orders If the Contract is for indefinite quantities of Services, as specified in the Signature Document, all Work will be performed in accordance with properly executed Work Orders.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above.
