Work Opportunity. Over-the-road and CDL-qualified local cartage employees who have been on letter of layoff, for more than thirty (30) days shall be given an opportunity to relocate to permanent employment (prior to the employment of new hires) occurring at domiciles of the Em- ployer provided they notify the Employer and Local Union in writ- ing of their interest in a relocation opportunity. The offer of reloca- tion will be made in the order of applicable seniority of the laid-off employees domiciled within the Regional area. The Employer shall be required to make additional offers of relocation to an employee who has previously rejected a relocation opportunity provided the employee again notifies the Employer in writing of his/her contin- ued interest in additional relocation opportunities. However, the Employer will only be required to make one relocation offer in any six (6) calendar month period. Any employee accepting such offer shall be paid at the employee’s applicable rate of pay and shall be placed at the bottom of the seniority board for bidding and layoff purposes, but shall retain company seniority for fringe benefits only. Work Opportunity. Employees are expected to work a reasonable amount of additional work assignments on a daily basis. However, except in cases of operational emergencies, no employee shall be required to work more than eleven (11) hours per day. If the Company consistently insists that an employee work eleven(11) hours per day, that employee has the right to file a grievance. It is understood that laid off and part-time employees may be offered sixth (6th) day work before full-time employees are offered such opportunity. Each qualified employee asked will have the option to accept or refuse the overtime work.   • Bonus Opportunity The Company shall offer each year an incentive bonus compensation plan. Such plan will include an annual bonus target amount equal to at least 50% of the Executive’s annual base salary and shall contain such additional terms as determined by the Chief Executive Officer. The amount of any bonus payable to Executive in any year shall be based upon performance targets established in advance under the bonus plan and Executive’s achievement of such performance criteria.

  • Corporate Opportunities Whenever the Director becomes aware of a business opportunity related to the Company’s business, which one could reasonably expect the Director to make available to the Company, the Director shall promptly disclose such opportunity to the applicable Board committee or the Board and proceed as directed by such committee or the Board, as applicable.
