Work on Statutory Holidays. A) Employees who are required to work on a stat holiday, shall be paid at the rate of one and a half times (1.5x) for the first eight (8) hours between 0001 — 2400 on the stat holiday. Regular full-time employees shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday.

In such cases, the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2x) shall be paid for the total hours worked.
