Work on Public Holidays. A. The existing public holidays
Work on Public Holidays. All work performed on public holidays shall be paid at normal pay plus T1 plus a day off at a later date convenient to the employer.

Work on Public Holidays. The Employer may request that the Employees work on certain public holidays from time to time. Employees can refuse to work on public holidays provided that their refusal is reasonable As such, if required to do so by the Employer, the Employee must inform the Employer of the reason for their refusal to work on the public holiday. In determining whether an Employee has reasonable grounds for refusing a request to work on a public holiday, the following should be regarded:
Work on Public Holidays. All Regular Full-Time Employees, other than those employees referred to in Clause 10.3(b), who work on any public holiday as provided for in Clause 10.3(a) which falls on or is observed on any day from Monday to Friday inclusive will receive their regular pay for the said holiday plus double the regular rates of pay for the hours worked on that holiday. Time worked on an approved holiday shall not be treated as overtime except as provided in Clauses 7.1 and 7.2. For the purposes of this Clause 10.3(d) a public holiday does not include a holiday declared by the Employer pursuant to Clause 10.3(a)(ii) unless the employee is entitled to that holiday with pay in lieu of a public holiday.
Work on Public Holidays. As a general rule, Employees will not work on Public Holidays. An Employee working on a public holiday will be entitled to a substitute day off, to be taken at a mutually agreed time, or alternatively, the hours worked will be paid at a rate of double time and a half, inclusive of payment for the day.
Work on Public Holidays. (1) If a public holiday falls on a day on which an employee would ordinarily work, an employer must –
Work on Public Holidays outside ordinary hours All time worked on any of the aforesaid holidays outside the ordinary starting and ceasing times prescribed by this Agreement for the day of the week on which such holiday falls shall be paid for at double the rate prescribed by the Agreement for such time when worked outside the ordinary stating and ceasing times on an ordinary working day.
Work on Public Holidays. (a) For all time worked on a day which is a public holiday pursuant to clause 6.11 of this Agreement, a Casual employee will be paid at the Public Holiday Rate of two and a half times the Process Support Ordinary Hourly Rate, plus payment of the Casual Loading.
Work on Public Holidays. Employees may be required to work until completion of their shifts or commence work on a public holiday without payment at holiday rates provided that the majority of the hours worked on the shift are worked on the day before or after the public holiday. Otherwise, all work done by an employee on a public holiday as prescribed under this clause shall be paid at double time in addition to the ordinary rate.
