Common use of Work on L3Harris Premises Clause in Contracts

Work on L3Harris Premises. If the Purchase Order involves performance by Seller on the premises of L3Harris or L3Harris' customer, Seller agrees, in addition to any other indemnification obligations in the Purchase Order, to assume entire responsibility and liability for Losses of any kind or nature whatever to persons, whether employees of Seller or otherwise, and to all property, caused by, resulting from, or arising out of Seller's performance or that of its agents or employees; provided, however, that any such Losses shall not have been caused solely by the negligence of the agents, servants, or employees of L3Harris or L3Harris' customer. Seller also shall carry adequate insurance as provided in the Clause entitled “Insurance” to cover all such risks and to protect L3Harris and L3Harris' Customer pursuant to this Clause.
