Work on a Government Installation. In performing on-site work under this contract on a Government installation or in a Government building, the Contractor shall: Conform to the specific safety requirements established by a task order. Comply with the safety rules of the Government installation that concern related activities not directly addressed in this contract. Take all reasonable steps and precautions to prevent accidents and preserve the life and health of Contractor and Government personnel connected in any way with performance under this contract. Take such additional immediate precautions as the KO, COR, or Task Order COR may reasonably require for safety and accident prevention purposes. Conform to all security requirements as specified in the DD Form 254 and security requirements as specified in the Task Order PWS.

  • LOAN OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The parties shall enter into a NASA Form 893, Loan of NASA Equipment, for NASA equipment loaned to Partner.

  • DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY A. In the event of loss, destruction, or damage to any System Agency or State of Texas owned, leased, or occupied property or equipment by Performing Agency or Performing Agency’s employees, agents, Subcontractors, and suppliers, Performing Agency shall be liable to System Agency and the State of Texas for the full cost of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the lost, destroyed, or damaged property.

  • Notification of Government Investigation or Legal Proceeding Within 30 days after discovery, Progenity shall notify OIG, in writing, of any ongoing investigation or legal proceeding known to Progenity conducted or brought by a governmental entity or its agents involving an allegation that Progenity has committed a crime or has engaged in fraudulent activities. This notification shall include a description of the allegation, the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Progenity shall also provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter, and shall provide OIG with a description of the findings and/or results of the investigation or proceeding, if any.

  • Federal Government End Use Provisions We provide the Services, including related software and technology, for ultimate federal government end use solely in accordance with the following: Government technical data and software rights related to the Services include only those rights customarily provided to the public as defined in this Agreement. This customary commercial license is provided in accordance with FAR 12.211 (Technical Data) and FAR 12.212 (Software) and, for Department of Defense transactions, DFAR 252.227-7015 (Technical Data – Commercial Items) and DFAR 227.7202-3 (Rights in Commercial Computer Software or Computer Software Documentation). If a government agency has a need for rights not granted under these terms, it must negotiate with Us to determine if there are acceptable terms for granting those rights, and a mutually acceptable written addendum specifically granting those rights must be included in any applicable agreement.

  • Notice to U.S. Government End Users The Licensed Software and Documentation are deemed to be “Commercial Items,” as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7207, as applicable. Consistent with such sections, the Licensed Software and Documentation are licensed to U.S. Government end users (i) only as Commercial Items, and (ii) with only those rights as are granted pursuant to this License Agreement.
