Common use of Work of the Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Work of the Bargaining Unit. 6.01 Persons outside the bargaining unit shall not perform work normally performed by employees in the bargaining unit that will result in a layoff of an employee, unless a bargaining unit member is not available. Positions excluded from the bargaining unit (as per Article 3.01) may continue to perform their duties and this will not be considered a violation of this Article.
