WORK LIMITATIONS. 13.1 No employee in the bargaining unit whether working or on layoff will be laid off work by reason of any person outside the bargaining unit performing any work which is normally performed by employees in the bargaining unit providing the equipment and work are available. The Employer agrees to discuss with the Union Chairperson or designate the outsourcing of work normally performed by bargaining unit employees as far in advance of the outsourcing as possible in order to consider options for maintaining such work in-house.
WORK LIMITATIONS i. All spaces where work will be done may be occupied by Owner’s personnel unless agreed to in writing beforehand.

UNION REPRESENTATION The Union may composed of three employees, one of whom shall be Chairperson. The Company will recognize an alternate for the purposes of repre- sentation on any shift when the regular committeeperson is absent from the plant. The Union may alsoappoint from the skilled trades who will be entitled to attend meetings or discussions related to skilled trades issues. The provisions of Article will not apply to this committeeperson. The Company shall and bargain with this Com- mittee on all mattersarising out of the interpretation and application of this Collective Agreement. The Company agrees that employeeswill suffer no loss of pay fortimespent in grievance processing and bargaining during regular working hours. Committee members, purpose of representation shall be retained at work regardless of seniority. so long as there is work that theyarewillingandabletodo. During of up to two weeks duration, resulting in a work force of less than employees, only one Union Representative would be required. The committee person or an alternate, providing he or she meets the above conditions, shall be appointed by the plant chairperson. New employees will be introduced to the members of the plant Committee before starting work with the Company. WORK LIMITATIONS. The District and the TRSPA will work in concert to minimize excessive mandatory work schedules for employees in the bargaining unit.
