Common use of Work in Progress Clause in Contracts

Work in Progress. Upon termination of this Agreement, CELGENE shall be entitled to, but shall not be obligated to finish any work-in-progress at the time of termination and sell the same as well as all completed inventory of PRODUCTS which remains on hand as of the date of the termination, so long as CELGENE pays to ENTREMED the royalties applicable to said subsequent sales in accordance with the same terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
