Common use of Work in Progress Clause in Contracts

Work in Progress. Licensee and/or any Sublicensee thereof may, however, after the effective date of such termination and continuing for a period not to exceed six (6) months thereafter, sell all completed Licensed Product, and any Licensed Product in the process of manufacture at the time of such termination, and sell the same, provided that Licensee shall pay or cause to be paid to NovaDel the royalties thereon as required by Article 4 of this Agreement and shall submit the reports required by Article 5 hereof on the sales of Licensed Product.
