Common use of Work in Progress Clause in Contracts

Work in Progress. Upon any such early termination of the license granted hereunder in accordance with this Agreement, Licensee shall be entitled to finish any work-in-progress and to sell any completed inventory of a Licensed Product covered by such license which remain on hand as of the date of the termination, so long as Licensee pays to Scripps the royalties applicable to said subsequent sales in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement, provided that no such sales shall be permitted after the expiration of six (6) months after the date of termination.

Work in Progress. Upon any such early termination of the license granted hereunder in accordance with this Agreement, Licensee shall be entitled to finish any work-in-progress and to sell any completed inventory of a Licensed Product Products covered by such license which remain on hand as of the date of the termination, so long as Licensee sells such inventory in the normal course of business and at regular selling prices and pays to Scripps TSRI the royalties applicable to said such subsequent sales in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement, provided that no such sales shall be permitted after the expiration of six (6) months after the date of termination.

Upon any such the early termination of the license granted hereunder in accordance with this Agreement, Licensee shall be entitled to finish may complete any Licensed Product work-in-progress and to sell any completed inventory of a Licensed Product covered by such license which remain on hand as of the date of the termination, so long as provided that (i) Licensee pays to Scripps Company the royalties applicable to said subsequent running royalty or other amounts due on such sales of Licensed Product in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth in of this Agreement, provided that no such sales and (ii) Licensee shall be permitted after the expiration of complete and sell all Licensed Product work-in-progress within six (6) months after the date of termination..
