Ordinary Hours 6.1.1 Ordinary hours will be 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a maximum of 7.6 ordinary paid hours a day. All ordinary hours shall be worked between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
Other Than Normal Working Hours Non-prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, and any time Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. The Contractor will perform Tasks during Other Than Normal Working Hours for the Unit Price set forth in the CTC multiplied by the Adjustment Factor of: 1.
Consecutive Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by unpaid lunch periods. No split shifts will be implemented without the mutual agreement of the Local Union and the Appointing Authority. Each party may cancel such agreement with thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
Normal Workday The normal workday shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours of work within a twenty-four (24) hour period.
Normal Working Hours Prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00
Normal Hours This article defines what normal working hours will be and is a guarantee that employees will be paid for all of the time that they are required by management to remain on the job.
Normal Business Hours Those hours during which most similar businesses in the community are open to serve customers. In all cases, “normal business hours” must include some evening hours at least one night per week and/or some weekend hours.
Normal Work Day The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday, provided however that nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any EMPLOYEE eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week. A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Aggregation of orders On occasions when the Adviser deems the purchase or sale of a security to be in the best interest of the Allocated Assets as well as other clients of the Adviser, the Adviser may to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, but shall be under no obligation to, aggregate the orders for securities to be purchased or sold. In such event, allocation of the securities so purchased or sold, as well as the expenses incurred in the transaction, will be made by the Adviser in the manner the Adviser considers to be the most equitable and consistent with its fiduciary obligations to the Portfolio and to its other clients. The Manager recognizes that, in some cases, the Adviser’s allocation procedure may limit the size of the position that may be acquired or sold for the Allocated Assets.
Credit Hours Credit hours are hours that an employee elects to work, with supervisory approval, in excess of the employees basic work requirement under a flexible work schedule. Credit hours may only be accrued under a flexible work schedule. Employees must notify their direct supervisor of their intent to earn credit hours and the duties to be performed at least four (4) hours in advance of the time. Management will respond and approve the credit hours if the work is assigned duties that could not have been performed during a normal tour of duty. Credit hours used are considered hours worked.
