WORK HOURS PER DAY. 1. Eight (8) hours per day shall constitute a day's work and forty (40) hours per week, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall constitute a week's work. The regular starting time shall be eight (8:00) A.M., and the regular quitting time shall be four thirty (4:30) P.M.; lunch time shall be twelve (12:00) noon to twelve thirty (12:30) P.M.

WORK HOURS PER DAY. Eight (8) hours shall constitute a day's work, during the hours of 6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. from Monday to Friday, inclusive. It is the responsibility of the Employer to designate a starting time that will remain in effect for the duration of the job. Changes in the work hours per day in special cases can be made to meet special conditions with approval of the Business Manager. Iron Workers shall be at their posts and prepared to start work at the regular starting time provided the shed or room for the workers to change their clothes is adjacent to or within a reasonable distance from their work.
WORK HOURS PER DAY. A. In order to take advantage of daylight hours, weather conditions, shift, or traffic conditions, the EMPLOYER, if agreeable among the crafts involved, may elect to work eight (8) consecutive hours between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with a one-half (½) hour unpaid lunch period between the fourth and fifth hour after starting time. Notice of a change in starting time must be given forty-eight (48) hours in advance and all employees of the Employer on the job site shall have the same starting time, except when other arrangements are mutually agreed to between the employer and the business manager. All time worked before the established starting time and after quitting time shall be overtime and shall be paid for at the overtime rate provided for in this Agreement. Further, if an employee worked during the established lunch period, (s)he shall be paid at the overtime rate provided for in this Agreement.

WORK HOURS PER DAY. Eight (8) hours shall constitute a day’s work, normally from 8:00A.M. TO 4:30P.M. Monday through Friday. Approximately four (4) hours after the approved starting time, one-half (½) hour shall be allowed for lunch. A different starting time or lunch may be established for definite periods, or on special jobs, providing it is mutually agreeable with the Contractor and the Union Xxxxxxx and is approved by the Business Representative. Request for changes in the normal work hours per day may be made in writing to the Business Representative of the local Union. Authorization for such change will not be unduly withheld. Whenever permission is granted by the Business Representative to change the work hours per day, all normal hours shall be paid at the straight time rates established in Article 34 of this Agreement. Overtime rates shall be those shown in Article 32.
