Work Distribution. All work assignments must be covered first by Operators at regular rate before Operators at overtime rate are used except for Charters, posted with less than three (3) days notice per Article H:12, and spare work which must be offered to Full Time Operators who have signed the appropriate posting. Notwithstanding the above, it is clearly understood and agreed to by both Parties that if Charters, posted with less than three (3) days notice per Article H:12 or spare work are available it must be assigned to Operators at overtime rate by seniority before they are allowed to select other assignments.
Work Distribution. Duties assigned to each Unit employee shall be assigned by management in a fair and impartial manner in accordance with the duties found in class specifications approved by the Personnel Commission and the Board of Trustees. During the year following the execution of this Agreement, on a pilot basis of not less than one and one half (1 ½) years in length, at one (1) college to be selected by the District, the District shall assess all Maintenance and Operations Unit work assignments in the Custodial area using the above criteria, a standardized custodial xxxxxxx formula, or time and motion study, and shall develop written work assignments for custodial employees based on that formula.
Work Distribution. The Employer will exercise its best efforts to distribute the workload equitably among employees; however, this Section shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedure in this Agreement.
Work Distribution. All duties shall be assigned and distributed by the site administrator in a reasonable and equitable manner among the employees at the school or center.
Work Distribution. With a view toward maintaining the most harmonious relations possible and the utmost teamwork between fellow employees and the Company, work shall be distributed as evenly as possible amongst the regular employees in their various classifications.

Work Distribution. 16.7 When an employee is absent and if a replacement cannot be obtained in time, the Employer shall equitably distribute the absent employee’s essential workload among the employees in the department or work unit so that no undue hardship may be placed on any individual worker.

Work Distribution a) The Employer shall use its best efforts to ensure that part-time work is allocated on a scheduled rather than a casual basis whenever practicable. Where part-time employees are scheduled on a basis, the Employer will endeavour to divide the available hours as equally as practicable amongst the part-time employees who normally the work. Shifts not scheduled on a basis shall be distributed as equally as practicable amongst the employees who normally perform the work. The Employer will not be responsible for its inability to contact such part-time employee. If an employee has been granted permission to be unavailable for a certain time period, or is absent due to sickness or accident, he is deemed to have waived his right to equal distribution of shifts.
