Common use of WORK DESCRIPTION Clause in Contracts

WORK DESCRIPTION. The work to be performed under this contract may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Installing or relocating electrical receptacles • Installing lighting fixtures (varies as to type) • Rewiring lighting fixtures • Re-xxxxxxx lighting fixtures • Re-xxxxxxx pole lighting fixtures (including providing access, such as a bucket truck) • Installing or relocating switches (varies – single-pole, three-way, etc.) • Installation of separate circuits • Replacement or addition of circuit breakers • Providing electrical connections to equipment/installation of safety switches • Motor and starter controls • Installation of conduit • Switchgear installation • Transformer installations • Panelboard and or load center installation • Service installation • Electrical demolition • Troubleshooting electrical issues • Electrical preventive maintenance (ie; torque panel connections, etc.) • Additional electrical services related to renovations and new construction or renovation projects • Repair or replacement of electrical panels, including identification of breakers as required • Additional electrical services as required/requested by the County.
