WORK DESCRIPTION. The contractor shall be able to perform all work outlined in this section. The work to be performed under this contract may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Initial installation, repair and/or replacement of drain, waste, supply lines and other similar tasks. • Installation, repair, and servicing of plumbing fixtures, including but not limited to kitchens and restrooms, such as faucets, commodes, sinks, hot water heaters, showers, traps, shut-off valves, vent lines and related plumbing as applicable. • Repair and replacement of potable water lines and devices inside and outside of buildings. • Cleaning of sanitary sewer lines and devices to restore normal service inside and outside of buildings. • Repair and replacement of domestic water heating devices and systems inside and outside of buildings. • Repair and replacement of various types of piping and devices inside and outside of buildings. • Additional plumbing services related to renovations and new construction or renovation projects. • Leak detection (within walls, slab, foundations, underground, etc.) at various heights • Backflow testing, repair, or replacement. • Repair and replacement of recirculating and sump pumps. • Snake and jet lines up to 200 feet • Perform plumbing working up to 95 feet high such as repair of roof drain leaders, water pipe leaks, and repair of rain gutters on elevated pedestrian walkways. • Additional plumbing services as required/requested by the County.
WORK DESCRIPTION. The contractor shall be able to perform all work outlined in this section. The work to be performed under this contract may include, but is not limited to, the following: • The Contractor shall be responsible for all required permits and Inspections for services requires under this contract. • When completing repairs the Contractor shall make every effort to keep equipment downtime to a minimum. • The Contractor must be able to provide services for the repair, replacement, and installation of HVAC systems and their components. • The Contactor shall perform installation and repair to HVAC related piping as requested by the County. • When the Contractor completes work on any piece of equipment included in this contract, that equipment shall be free of missing components or defects which would prevent it from functioning as originally intended and/or designed. • Corrective or repair/replacement work shall be carried to completion, including operational checks and cleanup of the work site at no additional cost to the County. • The Contractor shall be able to connect the electrical components of the HVAC system associated with installation and repair as requested by the County. • Contractor shall be responsible for lifting and placement of equipment and material required under this contract. • A pre-construction meeting will be held prior to any placement of new equipment. The County’s Representative will coordinate the meeting. • Workmanship throughout the contract period shall correspond to the standard of best practice, and all labor employed must be competent to do the work required.

WORK DESCRIPTION. 2.01 Work affected shall include the installation of all materials and component parts of all types of ceiling regardless of their materials, composition, or method or manner of their installation, attachment or connection, including but not limited to the following items: all hangers, carrying channels, cross furring, stiffeners, braces, all bars, regardless of material or method of attachment, all integrated gypsum wallboard ceiling heat panels, all radiant ceiling heat fill, all main tees, cross tees, splints, wall and ceiling angles or moldings, all backing board and all finished ceiling materials regardless of methods of installation. It shall also include all work in connection with the installation, erection, application and/or finishing* of all materials and component parts of all partitions regardless of their material composition or method or manner of installation, attachment or connection, including but not limited to the following items: Cleanroom systems, all floor and ceiling runners, studs, stiffeners, cross bracing, fire blocking, resilient channels, furring channels, doors and windows including frames, casings, molding, base accessory trim items, gypsum drywall materials, including preparation, finishing, spraying and decoration of all interior and exterior wall finishes,* laminated gypsum systems, backing boards, finished board, gypsum lined airshafts, ducts, plenums, fireproofing of beams and installation of columns and fireproofing of chase, firestopping, firetaping*, sound and thermal insulation materials, fixture attachments, luminous skylights, mirrored high tech, decorative, integrated ceilings, interior and exterior soffits and facades, installation of access floors, preparation of all openings for lighting, vents; including all layout work and all other necessary or related work in connection therewith. *The Union recognizes the historic separate craft(s) of “finishing” and confirms that a signatory contractor shall assign the finishing work amongst the craft(s) with respect to such finishing work through a separate union agreement covering finishing/finishers or by written assignment. If a signatory contractor makes no written assignment to a union which is not a party to this agreement within 60 days of becoming bound to the terms of this agreement such finishing work shall as of the 61st day, become covered in all respects by this agreement.
