Common use of WORK COVERED Clause in Contracts

WORK COVERED. This Agreement shall cover all work coming within the jurisdiction of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, as established and recognized by the Building and Construction Trades Department of the Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO, except transportation oil, water and gas pipeline work covered by the National Pipeline Agreement, California Shortline Agreement or the California Addendum to the National Distribution Agreement.

WORK COVERED. This Agreement shall cover all work coming within the jurisdiction of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, as established and recognized by the Building and Construction Trades Department of the American Federation of Labor, Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), except transportation oil, water and gas pipeline work covered by including the National Pipeline Agreement, California Shortline Agreement or the California Addendum to the National Distribution Fifty (50) Points of Jurisdiction set forth in this Agreement.

This Agreement shall cover all work coming within the jurisdiction of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, as established and recognized by the Building and Construction Trades Department of the Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO, except transportation oil, water and gas pipeline work covered by the National Pipeline Agreement, California Shortline Agreement or the California Addendum to the National Distribution Agreement.

This Agreement shall cover all work described in Exhibit A to this Agreement and all work coming within the jurisdiction of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, as established and recognized by the Building and Construction Trades Department of the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organization, AFL-CIOexcluding, except transportation oil, water oil and gas pipeline work covered by the National Statewide Pipeline Agreement, California Shortline Agreement or the California Addendum to the National Distribution Agreement.

WORK COVERED. This Agreement shall cover all work coming within the jurisdiction of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada, as established and recognized by the Building and Construction Trades Department of the American Federation of LaborLabor Congress of Industrial Organization, AFLincluding the Fifty-CIO, except transportation oil, water and gas pipeline work covered by the National Pipeline Agreement, California Shortline Agreement or the California Addendum to the National Distribution Agreementtwo (52) Points of Jurisdiction set forth in ARTICLE XX hereof.
