WORK COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Floor and decorative covering workers’ work will include, but not be limited to: (1) measuring, cutting, fabricating, fitting, installing to be cemented, tacked or otherwise applied to its base and/or underlayment(s) wherever it may be, all materials whether used either as a decorative covering, topping or as an acoustical appliance such as carpets of all types and designs (“Carpet” means a manufactured article that is used in commercial or residential buildings affixed or placed on the floor or building walking surface as a decorative or functional building interior feature and that is primarily constructed
WORK COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. 1.1 This agreement shall apply to all work within the trade jurisdiction of the union including but not limited to the following: the grouting, cleaning, and polishing of all classes of tile, whether for interior or exterior purposes; all burned, glazed or unglazed products; all composition materials, marble and granite tiles, terrazzo tiles, warning detectable tiles, or polyester, cement tiles, epoxy composite materials, pavers, glass, mosaics, fiberglass, and all substitute material, for tile made in tile-like units; all mixtures in tile like form of cement, metals, plastics and other materials that are made for and intended for use as a finished floor surface, stair treads, promenade roofs, walks, walls, ceilings, swimming pools, and all other places where tile is used to form a finished interior or exterior; the mixing of all setting mortars including but not limited to thin-set mortars, epoxies, wall mud, floor mud, and any other sand and cement mixtures or adhesives; the handling and unloading of all sand, cement, lime, tile, fixtures, equipment, adhesives, or any other materials to be used in the preparation, installation, repair, or maintenance of tile and/or similar materials. Ceramic Tile Finishers shall fill all joints and voids regardless of method on all tile work, particularly and especially after installation of said tile work. (Special expansion joints may be excluded at the discretion of the contractor). Ceramic Tile Finishers shall apply any and all protective coverings to all types of tile installations. These coverings will include but not be limited to all soap compounds, paper products, tapes, and all polyethylene coverings, plywood, masonite, cardboard, and any new types of products that may be used to protect tile installations, Blastrac equipment, and all floor scarifying equipment used in preparing floors to receive tile. The clean up and removal of all waste and materials used in connection with said work will be done by the Finisher, exclusively. Ceramic Tile Finishers will do all demolition of existing tile floors and walls to be re-tiled.

"Carpet" includes, but is not limited to, a commercial or a residential broadloom carpet or modular carpet tiles.), sheet rubber, sheet linoleum, sheet vinyl, laminate [REDACTED] flooring systems, rubber tile, linoleum tile, asphalt tile, cork flooring, interlocking tile, vinyl tile, vinyl composition tile, composition in sheet or tile form, top set base of any kind including profile rubber base, and all derivatives of above; artificial turf and its derivatives which includes [REDACTED] the operation, maintenance and repair of the following equipment when used in the installation [REDACTED] artificial turf, underlayment’s and all its derivatives (Forklifts, Air Compressors and any attachments, Skid Steer, Skip Loader, Utility Cart/Top Dresser and Lay-Mor Ride on Sweeper) thereof, all resilient seamless materials such as epoxy, polyurethane, plastics, resinous and liquid flooring and their derivatives whether poured on, sprayed on or troweled on components and systems; installation of solid wood and solid glue down wood; (2) the fitting of all devices for the attachment of the above materials and the fitting of all decorative or protective trim to and adjoining the above materials which shall include the drilling and plugging of holes and attaching of strips, slats, nosing, etc. on any base end/or underlayment(s) where the above materials are to be installed or applied, such as drilling, plugging and slating for installing or fastening of carpet, the installation of all nosing's, cap strips, corner beads and edgings of any material and the preparatory work of the craft for all of the aforesaid, which includes but is not limited to [REDACTED] sanding, substrate preparation and the application of all self-level...

WORK COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement shall apply only to construction jobsite work performed by the Employer with his own forces in conjunction with the construction, alteration, modification, improvement, or repair, in whole or in part ofa building, structure, or other jobsite construction work and shall not include any other jobsite construction industry work. Jobsite is defined as an area within which construction work is being performed, the boundaries for which are the same as those boundaries delineated in the specifications for the job or project which may include such references as right-of-way, parcel, subdivision map, dedicated street or lot. In the case of subdivisions or planned unit development where construction phases are stipulated by construction contracts, jobsite will mean only that area covered by phases or units currently under construction and under the Employer’s control as further defined in Section 7 (A) and Section 26 of this Agreement. Repair and maintenance of equipment is specifically excluded from the coverage of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not apply to the layout and distribution of materials.
WORK COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall apply to new construction, renovations, and alterations of electrical facilities for: High rise apartments and condominiums, schools, churches, warehouses, gasoline service stations, stores of 80,000 square feet and smaller which are within malls, other structures of four stories or less, and all related work including site work, parking areas, parking levels connected to such structures, streets, and sidewalks. (This Agreement shall not apply to heavy industrial projects, such as manufacturing and/or processing facilities.) This Agreement shall apply to all structures built solely for residential use, and to residential maintenance work and residential service work.
