WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. A. The Work of this Contract comprises the general construction of a 103,000 GSF new facility to house the College of Engineering and Technology located on the Xxxxxxxx State University campus for the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System.
WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. A. The Work shall consist, in general, of demolition of three (3) buildings measuring approximately 9,000 square feet and located at 0000 Xx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 (“Site”). The Work also includes the appropriate legal abatement, handling, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM), lead-containing materials, and PCB- containing items; removal of portland cement concrete flatwork and foundations; general clearing of surface debris and other objectionable material within the site; obtaining all necessary permits; and other work as specified in this Agreement and as directed by the Building Maintenance Manager.
