WORK CONTRACT. The contract for this project shall consist of: this Agreement and the special terms contained herein; the project plans, drawings and specifications including but not limited to the Notice to Contractors; the Contract Specifications, including the Special Provisions contained therein; Contractors Bid Proposal; all bonds, affidavits and insurance certificates; and any Change Orders approved by the Town as provided for in the Contract Specifications. All of these documents shall be integrated and are intended to cooperate with one another. Differences or conflicts between these integrated documents shall be finally determined by the Engineer.
WORK CONTRACT. Spartan Offshore proposes from time to time to enter into contracts with Contractor by work orders, other writings or oral agreements (hereinafter referred to as “Work Orders”) covering certain work or the provision of services or materials (hereinafter referred to generally as “work”) by Contractor. Spartan Offshore and Contractor agree that the following general provisions shall apply to and control all work which may be conducted or carried out by Contractor for Spartan Offshore, whether under oral or written Work Orders at all times, until canceled by either party pursuant to Paragraph 17 hereof. This Contract shall govern all work performed by Contractor under such oral or written Work Order and any agreement or stipulations in any Work Order used by Contractor not in conformity with the provisions hereof shall be null and void.
WORK CONTRACT. The final step in Bob securing his new job is obtaining a signed work contract. Bob meets with his new employer and after an agreement on conditions is reached, a legal contract is prepared. Currently With xXX Xxx and his new employer meet and sign his work contract. Mr. and his new employer, using their respective eID’s, both digitally sign the electronic version of the mutually agreed work contract. He can either receive a copy of the electronic document (offering most protection to the employee), or it can be made available for online/remote access at a later time.
WORK CONTRACT. 13. FMG shall cause the Project Implementing Agency to ensure that the bidding document for Works contracts include provisions to require the contractors to (a) prioritize employment of women and the poor; (b) provide equal pay for equal work; (c) provide the timely payment of wages; (d) use local unskilled labor, as applicable, (e) comply with core labor standards and the applicable labor laws and regulations, including stipulations related to employment; and (f) not employ child labor. FMG shall cause the Project Implementing Agency to ensure that records of labor employment are properly maintained and tracked in the Project performance monitoring system.
