Work Continuous. When an employee called upon to perform work which continuous with the employee's shift, the employee shall be paid and one-half for overtime on the following conditions, First of Overtime When the employee works the first hour or part thereof of overtime, the employee is guaranteed a minimum of one (1) hour's pay at time and one-half (1%). Second Hour of When employee is required lo also work the second hour or part thereof of overtime, employee is guaranteed a minimum of (2) hours pay at time and one-half (1%). When the employee is required to work beyond two (2) hours of overtime, the employee shall receive pay at the rate of time and one-half (1%) for the time actually worked.

  • HOURS OF WORK (Continued) 3.02 The normal hours of work shall be eight (8) or ten (10) hours daily, Monday through Thursday or Friday, maximum forty (40) hours in a week. Where the Employer cannot start or continue work due to inclement weather, the Employer may request the Employee(s) work on the Friday or Saturday, as appropriate, at the regular hourly rate of pay to conclude a normal work week of forty (40) hours and notify the Union of same.
