Work Commencement. The Parties’ respective performance under this SCIA shall commence on the Effective Date.

This Agreement being a time and materials contract, Contractor will begin each part of the work covered by this Agreement at such time as Plan Holder initiates a response to an incident by a direct telephone call to Contractor at the following number: 24-Hour Emergency Number +0 000.000.0000 Secondary Emergency Number: +0 000.000.0000 The person initiating the response shall provide Contractor with: His or her name and title Plan Holder ’s Representative name, address, and telephone number Vessel Name The location of the incident (latitude/longitude) The nature and scope of the incident The approximate time incident occurred Any other pertinent information relating to the incident Upon receiving the call, and in reliance thereon, Contractor will exercise due diligence to begin mobilizing resources for purposes of responding to the incident.
Work Commencement. Upon notification of Service Work Order acceptance in CAFM by Consultant, the Judicial Council shall direct Consultant to begin Work in writing in conjunction with Section 3.12 below. Within five (5) Business Days of the Judicial Council’s direction to Consultant to begin Work on the SWO, Consultant shall submit to the Judicial Council Consultant’s Project Schedule in compliance with the requirements of Exhibit B of this Agreement.
Work Commencement. The Utility shall not start work on the adjustments, removals, alterations and/or relocations covered by this agreement until written authorization has been given the Utility by the Local Public Agency or until a satisfactory starting date has been established with the Local Public Agency's project coordinator.

Two Month Extension The State, at its sole discretion upon written notice to Grantee as provided in §16, may unilaterally extend the term of this Grant for a period not to exceed two months if the Parties are negotiating a replacement Grant (and not merely seeking a term extension) at or near the end of any initial term or any extension thereof. The provisions of this Grant in effect when such notice is given, including, but not limited to prices, rates, and delivery requirements, shall remain in effect during the two month extension. The two-month extension shall immediately terminate when and if a replacement Grant is approved and signed by the Colorado State Controller. State’s Option to Extend The State may require continued performance for a period of Insert number of years at the same rates and same terms specified in the Grant. If the State exercises this option, it shall provide written notice to Grantee at least 30 days prior to the end of the current Grant term in form substantially equivalent to Exhibit Insert letter of applicable Exhibit (A, B, C, etc). If exercised, the provisions of the Option Letter shall become part of and be incorporated into this Grant. The total duration of this Grant, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed Insert number of years.” STATEMENT OF WORK Completion Grantee shall complete the Work and its other obligations as described herein and in Exhibit Insert letter of applicable Exhibit (A, B, C, etc) on or before Month Day, Year. The State shall not be liable to compensate Grantee for any Work performed prior to the Effective Date or after the termination of this Grant. Goods and Services Grantee shall procure Goods and Services necessary to complete the Work. Such procurement shall be accomplished using the Grant Funds and shall not increase the maximum amount payable hereunder by the State.
Work Commencement. The regular workday for all employees covered by this Agreement shall begin when they report to work as directed by the Employer at the designated Borough Ferry Terminal, and shall end when they are released from that location. Employees shall be responsible for their personal transportation costs in reporting to the designated Borough Ferry Terminal. If an employee completes work at another terminal, the Employer will provide transportation to return to the designated Borough Ferry Terminal.
Work Commencement. If requested by the County Representative, the Contractor shall notify the County Representative forty-eight (48) hours prior to starting or restarting work on the project.
Work Commencement. The Contractor shall commence work immediately upon handover of the work site. It shall perform the work with due speed and without delay.
Work Commencement. Owner authorizes Contractor to perform the Work at the Property and agrees to allow Contractor reasonable access to the Property to facilitate the Work. It is the Owner’s responsibility to understand what building permits are required for the Work and is responsible to obtain and pay for all necessary permits, however, the Contractor may opt to obtain building permits required to complete the Work.
