WORK CLOTHES. The employer shall provide all necessary work clothes (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal safety gear. Work clothes and safety gear provided by the company are the property of the company. When a new set of work clothes is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used safety equipment as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.
WORK CLOTHES. (i) It is agreed that the present arrangement in respect to overalls, shirts, smocks, and gloves will be continued for the duration of this Agreement.
WORK CLOTHES. The funds allotted to protective work clothing shall continue. Tools The City shall continue to provide all hand tools for roofers. APPENDIX J: SHEET METAL WORKERS, LOCAL 104 The following terms in this Appendix apply only to employees represented by Sheet Metal Workers International Union, Local 104.
WORK CLOTHES. The Employer shall provide to each employee, free of charge, with the following:
WORK CLOTHES. At the discretion of management, specific employees may be required to wear identified work clothes and/or protective safety gear. When such a decision is made, the identified work clothes and/or protective safety gear shall be at the expense of the District. Any maintenance and cleaning of the work clothes shall be at the expense of the employee. Work clothes and/or protective safety gear shall only be used during on duty time. Any work clothes and/or protective safety gear shall be returned to the District upon resignation, layoff or discharge.

WORK CLOTHES. Following probation all employees are eligible for the issue of two (2) sets of work clothes, one (1) jumper and up to one (1) pair of safety boots per annum. It is expected that these issued clothes and safety gear shall be laundered and maintained in a reasonable condition and worn at all times by employees. Replacement of clothes and safety boots beyond the above issue shall be the responsibility of the individual employee, although the company agrees to provide replacements at a discounted rate of 50% of cost charged to the employee’s personal account.
