WORK AND OVERTIME. 2.6.1 A workweek of a full-time employee will consist of five (5) consecutive days of no more than eight (8) hours on any one day, to be completed in an eight-and-one-half (8-1/2) hour period on a Monday through Friday basis (or a different five (5) consecutive day period if bargained for a new position). Work hours for bus drivers will be calculated and paid to the one-tenth (1/10) of an hour. The workweek for substitutes will begin on Monday and end on Sunday. Upon mutual agreement between the district and employee, exceptions to the normal workweek can be implemented to allow a longer workday and corresponding time off where the workload allows. Such exceptions will require the written approval of both parties and cannot result in additional cost to the district, including changes to shift premiums.

WORK AND OVERTIME. (a) The standard hours of work for all employees shall be based on forty four (44)hours per week exclusive oftraveling time to and thejob, save and except as specificallyoutlined below respecting the Bricklayers Assistants and Forklift Drivers and their respective apprentices and/or learners. overtime work performed in excess of nine (9) hours per day, Monday to Thursday and eight (8) hours on Friday, and all Saturday work, subject to below, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the regular rate. WORK AND OVERTIME. A member who is required to work overtime as set out in Section above and who so works for a period of two (2) hours or more beyond the end of his normal shift, shall be paid up to Three Dollars ($3.00) on presentation of a food receipt and thereafter a similar allowance or, an addition to the allowance of Three Dollars shall be appropriate for every additional four (4) hour period worked, provided the time actually spent at meals will not be computed as overtime.
